Since I was a young girl, I've always been obsessed with horses. I used to dream of owning a beautiful farm with big, gorgeous barns and luscious green pastures cross-fenced with white split-rail fences. I was born in the California Bay Area near Los Gatos, right at the base of the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains. I grew up riding horses and spending time at horse ranches and farms before my family relocated to Placer County when I was 11. 

For the last 30 plus years, I have enjoyed living in this beautiful and incredibly diverse county as a horse owner. I have watched my community in Lincoln grow and evolve from a small town of 5,000 to a city that is home to over 55,000 people. I'm grateful that we've managed to retain that small town feel despite the growth, and I'm proud and blessed to live here. There is something for everyone, whether you prefer to live in a condominium in the heart of town, a quaint country home, or a mini mansion in the hills, you can find it here in Lincoln. 

Being a country girl at heart, my favorite thing about Placer County is all the open spaces and the availability of nature. Spanning from the vibrant community of Roseville in the valley to Kings Beach in the gorgeous Tahoe Basin, there is no shortage of places one can go to get lost in the beauty of nature. As a horse owner, avid hiker, and camping enthusiast, I love the abundance of trails to ride and hike in Placer County. Among the trails located in Placer County is the world famous Tevis Cup Trail, where equestrians from around the world vie for the coveted win in a race covering 100 miles from Truckee to Auburn in just 24 hours.
